Cancellation policies Reservations canceled 15 days or more before the arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of your reservation.
Reservations canceled 14 to 3 days prior to arrival date are subject to a 1 night charge.
Reservations canceled 2 to 0 days before the arrival date, or in case of no-show, will not be refunded. Refunds do not apply for early departures.
Christmas, New Years, Easter, Long weekends and / or any other holiday:
High season
Reservations canceled 31 days or more prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of your reservation.
Reservations canceled 30-15 days prior to arrival are subject to a 1 night charge.
Reservations canceled 14 to 0 days before the arrival date, or in case of no-show, will not be refunded. Refunds do not apply for early departures.
Reservation policies
When making the reservation, you authorize us in writing to use your credit card number to make your payment, and you expressly confirm that you know and accept our reservation, payment, disclaimer and cancellation policies. All reservations are subject to availability at the time of processing your request. Availability cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received.
PAYMENT POLICIES
